From June 1st you can redeem the points you’ve collected when booking your table with Dineout into a voucher at your favorite restaurants that are part of our system.
Dineout is growing and so are the opportunities it gives you – there are more and more restaurants you can book so quickly and easily online. We know though that if we grow, it’s all because of you, our user. Therefore we created Dineout Club for you to collect points for every booking you make with Dineout.
What are Dineout points and how do I collect them?
If you’ve made a reservation at least once, using Dineout, you’ve probably noticed that you’ve collected 100 points for each completed reservation. These points are stored in your user profile. The more you book, the more points you collect, the more vouchers you get.
If you collect 1000 points, you get a discount voucher for 10lv
If you collect 2000 points, you get a discount voucher for 25lv
If you collect 5000 points, you get a discount voucher for 100lv
How can I become a member at Dineout Club?
The good news is this happens automatically – when you’ve first used Dineout to book a table at a restaurant, we’ve granted you the membership. Therefore you get points for each of your reservations. And there’s even better news – all the points you’ve collected so far are valid and you can use them starting June 1st! You can check the amount of points you have in your user profile on our website or directly in Dineout’s application on your smartphone.
How can I use my Dineout club points?
It’s really easy – when you collect enough points you will be able to apply a voucher while making your next booking. The restaurant will be notified about the voucher and discount your bill.

In every restaurant, you can book with Dineout. The full list is available on dineout.bg or our mobile app.
What more do I need to know about my Dineout Club points?
- You collect 100 points for each reservation, no matter the restaurant or the device you use to book with Dineout (our website, mobile site or mobile application)
- Save more – collect more points in order to use a voucher for a higher discount.
- You can use only one voucher for one booking.
- If the value of your bill is less than the discount you’ve chosen to use, the restaurant won’t return the difference. Neither is there a refund of the unused points in your account.
- If you cancel your booking and you’ve chosen to use a discount voucher for it, we’ll refund it. But if you cancel your booking less than 2 hours before the time it’s planned for, we’ll charge you 50 points.
- If you don’t show and you haven’t canceled your booking, we’ll charge you 400 points off your account. If you’ve decided to use a discount voucher and you don’t show up, we’ll consider your discount voucher used and won’t refund you for it.
